Assignments let you delegate work to field teams with clear requirements and real-time visibility.

How it works

1. Create an assignment — pick a tasklist template, assign it to a worker or team.
2. Attach requirements — checklists, photo requirements, and custom fields.
3. Worker receives it instantly — the assignment appears on their phone immediately.

Assignment states

State	Description
Pending	Assigned but not yet started
In progress	Worker has begun capturing events
Complete	All requirements met

Monitoring progress

Track every assignment in real time:

• Which assignments are active
• When the last event was captured
• Completion percentage against requirements

Recurring assignments

For regular work (daily inspections, weekly maintenance), create recurring assignments. Day of Plenty automatically generates the next instance on schedule, keeping your teams on track without manual setup.
